摘　　要：作为渔业产业领域重要的组织创新形式,渔民专业合作社已成为增强中国渔民组织化水平、提升渔业产业竞争力的重要载体。由于发展历史尚短,合作社相关立法较晚,当前中国渔民专业合作社尚处于初级发展阶段,规模偏小,盈利能力较差,运行欠规范,整体影响力有限。受内外部环境的影响,中国渔民专业合作社呈现以下发展特征:以养殖合作社为主;在发展水平和空间分布上具有明显地域差异性;合作社成员结构趋于多元异质化;政府是合作社发展的重要推动力量。此外,由外部环境和合作社内部成员结构的变化而引致的合作社制度变异已成为中国渔民专业合作社发展的一个趋势,应该给予足够重视。As an important organization innovation form of fishery industry field, fishery cooperative has become an important carrier to enhance the organizational level of our fishermen and the competitiveness of our country＇s fishery industry. Due to short development history and late cooperative legislation, at present, the development of our country＇s fishery cooperative is still in an early stage, generally small scale, poor profitability and running standardization, limited overall influence. Affected by the internal and external environment, our country＇s fishermen professional cooperatives present following development characteristics： mainly breeding cooperatives; obvious regional in the level of development and spatial distribution; member structure of the cooperative tends to diverse and heterogeneous; government is an important driving force of cooperatives development. In addition, the variation of cooperative system caused by the changes of external environment and cooperatives internal membership structure has become a trend of the development of our country＇s fishermen professional cooperatives, and should be given adequate attention.
