参附注射液与生脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究辨证与辨病条件下,参附注射液与生脉注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效的差异。方法慢性心力衰竭患者108例,随机均分为3组。3组均给予常规治疗,其中A组加用参附注射液静脉输注,B组加用生脉注射液静脉输注,C组常规治疗组共2周。观察3组治疗前后中医症候积分、生活质量、心衰疗效积分、6 min步行距离及血浆N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)变化。结果 A组临床总有效率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),B组和C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组患者在中医症候积分、生活质量积分、心衰疗效积分、血浆NT-proBNP水平均明显下降,6 min步行距离明显增加(P<0.05);A组在中医症候积分、生活质量积分、心衰疗效积分、6 min步行距离方面改善优于其他两组,在NT-proBNP水平方面改善优于C组(P<0.05);B组在6 min步行距离方面改善优于C组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液对阳气虚型慢性心力衰竭有确切疗效。AIM To observe the difference of clinical effects on patients with chronic heart failure between Shenfu Injection based on syndrome differentiation and Shengmai Injection based on disease differentiation.METHODS One hundred and eight chronic heart failure patients were randomly assigned to three groups equally,Shenfu Injection group（group A）,Shengmai Injection group（group B） and control group（group C）.All groups received the regular chronic heart failure treatment,but two weeks constituted the course of treatment.The integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and quality of life,Lee’s heart failure integral,6-minute walking distance and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP） were observed.RESULTS The total effective rate of group A was better than that of group B or C（P＆lt;0.05）.There was no statistical difference between group B and C（P＆gt;0.05）.Compared with pro-treatment,obvious improvement in clinical symptom and experiment index was obtained in three groups（P＆lt;0.05）.The integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and quality of life,Lee’s heart failure integral were reduced and 6-minute walking distance was increased further in group A（P＆lt;0.05） after treatment.Group A was superior to group C in lowing the serum levels of NT-proBNP（P＆lt;0.05）.Group B was superior to group C in increasing 6-minute walking distance（P＆lt;0.05）.CONCLUSION Shenfu Injection shows the definite effect on chronic heart failure.
