摘 要:目的:用 CT测量成人眼外肌正常解剖径线。材料与方法:分别测量 100例和 80例冠状和横轴 CT扫描双眼内、外、上、下直肌及上斜肌横径和高径。对用两种方法所测数值进行统计学分析和比较。结果:正常成人六条眼外肌横径和高径平均值为:内直肌4±0.7mm、10.7±1.0mm;外直肌3.7±1.0mm、10.0±1.0mm;上直肌9.6±1.0mm、3.9±0.9mm;下直肌8.8±1.0mm、4.4±0.8mm;上斜肌2.5±0.4mm、5.5±0.8mm。下斜肌高径2.6±0.4mm。视神经最大横径 5.6± 0.8mm。眼眶外侧壁与矢状面夹角 47.5±4.8°。结论: CT扫描对眼外肌的测量准确、全面且直观。横轴 CT对眼外直肌横径的测量较为准确。Purpose: To measure the size of extraocular muscles in normal Chinese abults. Materials and methods: The transverse diameter and height of extraocular muscles of both eyes were measured in 100 cases with coronal and 80 cases with axial CT scans. The data were analyzed statistically. Results: The mean transverse diamerter and height of 6 extraocular muscles were: medial rectus muscle 4. 0 ± 0. 7mm, 10. 70 ± 1.0mm; lateral rectus muscle 3. 7 ± 1.0mm, 10. 0 ± 1. 0mm; supperior rectus muscle: 9. 6 ± 1. 0mm, 3. 9 ± 0.9mm; inferior rectus muscle 8. 8 ± 1.0mm, 4. 4 ± 0. 8mm; supperior obliquus muscle 2. 5 ± 0. 4mm, 5. 5 ± 0. 8mm; the height of inferior obique muscle was 2. 6 ± 0. 4mm. The diameter of optical nerve 5. 6 ± 0. 8mm. The angel between lateral wall and sagittal midline was 47. 5± 4. 8°. Conclusions: The size of extraocular muscles can be accurately measured with CT scan. Axial CT is more accurate for measuring the transverse diameter of the extraocular muscles.
