摘 要:为了解空气变形纱的拉伸性能特点,指明与其相关的特征性结构,设计试纺了2类空气变形纱,测试结果显示,相对于同等规格的普通复丝或捻丝,空气变形纱的强度损失和断裂伸长损失显著,这与在空气变形加工中原本平顺的丝条形成明显的紊乱结构有关,而多重变形加工会提高纱体的紊乱度,因而其强度损失率和断裂伸长损失率值更大。空气变形纱的拉伸曲线与普通长丝束也不相同,总体呈现直线状,无明显的屈服点,且曲线不光滑,频繁出现锯齿形微小波动,反映了纱体特有的缠结结构特征。To figure out ATY's tensile properties and related structure characteristics, two kinds of ATY were designed and spun. The test results showed that when compared with common filaments or twisted filaments of identical specifications, ATY exhibited obviously loss in both strength and elongation at break. This may be attributed to the forming of disordered structure when the flat smooth filaments were being textured. Further multi-texturing made the disordered structure more serious and hence led to greater loss in strength and elongation at break. There was an obvious difference in stretch curve between ATY and common filaments, ATY's curve showed a straight line basically, and had no obvious yield point or smooth curve but frequently appeared zigzag tiny waves, reflecting the snarling structure inherent in ATY.
