摘 要:为探讨酸性媒介染料染色过程中残液铬污染严重的问题,以羊毛在加热处理过程中脱落下来的溶解物为研究对象,测试羊毛水溶出物的特性,探讨羊毛水溶出物对水溶液中重铬酸钾的影响以及羊毛对重铬酸钾吸附性能的影响。结果表明,羊毛纤维在水溶液中受热后,脱落下来的溶解物中含有可溶性蛋白,能与重铬酸钾溶液电离出的Cr2O72-发生化学作用,从而使酸性媒介染料染色残液中总铬含量增多。To investigate the serious pollution problem resulting from the chrome in the residual liquid during acid mordant dyeing process, the solute from the wool in heating process was researched. The property of the solute was tested and the influence of the solute on the property of potassium dichromate in the aqueous solution and the adsorption of potassium dichromate on the wool fabric was studied. The results showed that the solute contained soluble protein which could react with Cr2O27- ionized out from the potassium dichromate solution. So the chrome content was increased in the residual liquid of the dyeing process with acid mordant dye.
