摘　　要：目的:促进少数民族地区中医院的发展,提高中医院防治疾病的工作能力和效率。方法:通过对恩施某县级中医院与综合医院2009～2010年的基本现状进行定性和定量分析。结论:中医院应抓住发展机遇,提高综合实力,加强中医院专科特色建设,加强人才队伍建设,吸引社会资金,完善医院管理体制。Objective To promote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in minority nationality regions, and improve the ability and efficiency of disease control and prevention. Methods Through qualitative and quantitative analysis be- tween one of the Enshi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and comprehensive hospital in 2009-2010 years of current situa- tion. Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital should seize opportunties, improve comprehensive strength, shrengthen the construction of hospital characteristic training and talents ranks, attract social funds, perfect the hospital management system.
