医护员工对器官移植伦理与募捐态度的实证研究

摘　　要：研究主要关注医护员工对器官移植伦理与募捐意愿的当下境遇,并深入探究其相关主要影响因素,于2011年3月至2012年2月间藉由自编结构式问卷收集相关资料,以统计分析与假设检验了解医护员工的态度现状。结果表明:医护员工对器官移植伦理态度以"自由原则"为最主要参量,在传统文化影响下对于"家属原则"仍存支持态度,"医疗目的原则"位列末位;募捐意愿方面,以"专人原则"及"团队原则"为最高,而"主动原则"为最低,由此显现出医护员工的消极性及依赖性;经交叉分析发现,捐血习惯及填写器捐卡是影响态度的重要因子,参与募捐意愿以"支持度"、"接受度"、"自然原则"及"医疗目的原则"为重要变项。结论:建议政府管理层应大力铺陈推定同意制并加强引导,医院管理层亦需加强医护人员的积极规划与训练募捐团队的建立。A self-made structured questionnaire survey was implemented to study medical staffs＇ attitude toward organ trans- plantation ethics and collect donations from Mar. 2011 to Feb. 2012. And data was statistically analyzed. The results showed that the principle of freedom was regarded as the most important parameters of organ transplantation ethics for medical staffs ,followed with the principle of family influenced by traditional culture. And the last one was the principle of medical purposes. As for the in- tention to collect donations,most medical staffs preferred to ＂hand principle＂ and ＂team principle＂, while the least staffs pre- ferred to active principle＂ ,which showed negative and dependence of medical staffs. Factors of habit of blood donation and fill- ing out donation cards were important to influence their attitude. And factors of support, acceptance, and principles of natural and medical purpose were vital variables for intention to collect donations. It was suggested that governmental management should car- ry out the presumed consent system. And the hospital management should strengthen the establishment of active planning of health care staffs and fund-raising team training.
