摘 要:采用红外光谱、XRD和EDS对进口Fluorimid 2BL黏结固体润滑涂层的成分进行分析,对比考察Fluorimid2BL涂层和国产HM-1400C涂层的理化性能,并采用MM-200型摩擦磨损实验机评价2种涂层在不同载荷下的摩擦学性能。实验结果表明,Fluorimid 2BL涂层主要由聚酰亚胺、聚四氟乙烯和石墨组成,其理化性能与国产HM-1400C涂层相当。与进口Fluorimid 2BL涂层相比,HM-1400C涂层的摩擦因数较低,耐磨寿命较长,表明HM-1400C涂层比Fluorimid2BL涂层具有更好的摩擦磨损性能。FTIR spectra, XRD and EDS were employed to investigate the components of Fluorimid 2BL bonded solid lubricant coating, and the physicochemical properties of Fluorimid 2BL coating were compared with HM-1400C coating. The tribological properties of the Fluorimid 2BL coating and HM-1400C coating were investigated by MM-200 friction-wear tester under different applied loads. The results show that the Fluorimid 2BL coating is composed of polyimide, PTFE and graphite, and the physieochemical properties of Fluorimid 2BL coating are similar to HM-1400C coating. HM-1400C coat- ing displays a lower friction coefficient and a longer wearing life compared to Fluorimid 2BL coating, which indicates that HM-1400C coating possesses a better tribological properties than Fluorimid 2BL coating.
