摘 要:在自制双股绞线微动磨损试验机上考察在不同参数条件下钢芯铝绞线线股间的微动磨损行为,利用扫描电子显微镜分析导线接触区磨痕的尺寸和微观形貌。结果表明:线股间夹角由28.2°增大到34.88°时,磨损表面由部分滑移状态向完全滑移状态转变;随着导线张拉力、微动振幅以及微动周次的增加,磨痕面积的增长趋势较快,材料的塑性变形明显;当微动周次为104次时,接触边缘以黏着磨损为主。Fretting wear behavior among aluminum strands of aluminum cable steel reinforced under different conditions were reviewed on a self-made double stranded fretting wear test rig. Size and morphology of wear scar on contact wear area of conductor were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the fretting regime of conductor wear surface changes from partial slip regime to gross slip regime when the angle between aluminum strands is increased from 28.2° to 34. 88°. With the increasing of wire tension, fretting amplitude and cycles, the area of wear scar is rapidly growing and plastic deformation of material is obvious. When fretting cycles is 10^4 times, adhesive wear is pre- dominant on the edge of contact region.
