摘 要:带钢表面残留的氧化铁皮和轧制过程中断裂的晶粒会进入到乳化液中,使得乳化液中铁粉的含量增加,从而使轧制过程中的摩擦因数发生变化,进而影响到轧制工艺参数和轧板表面质量。采用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法,研究乳化液中铁粉颗粒含量和粒径大小对摩擦因数的影响规律。结果表明:铁粉颗粒粒径为4~30μm时,摩擦因数随颗粒粒径的增大变化不大,铁粉颗粒粒径为50~70μm时,摩擦因数随铁粉颗粒粒径的增加而增大;当颗粒粒径为15μm时,铁粉含量的变化对摩擦因数的影响不显著,当颗粒粒径增大为70μm时,摩擦因数随铁粉含量的增加而增大。During the cold rolling process, the friction coefficient is usually changed due to the increasing of content of iron particles from the residual oxide scale on the steel strip surface and the fractured grain in the emulsion, and then the surface quality of the rolled plate and technical parameters of rolling are impacted. By the method of numerical simulations and tests, the rule of influence of the iron particles content and size on the friction coefficient of the emulsion was studied. The results show that when the iron particle size is at 4 - 30 the friction coefficient has no significant changes with the increasing of iron particles size. However when the iron particle size is at 50 - 70 μm, the friction coefficient is increased along with the increasing of the iron particles size. The friction coefficient is not significantly increased with the changing of iron content when the size is at 15 μm, and is increased along with the increasing of iron content when the size is at 70μm.
