摘 要:为了解干气密封端面气膜气体泄漏特性,基于N-S方程、层流模型、SMIPLEC算法,在不同端面间隙和转速下,对干气密封端面流场进行数值模拟,考察端面气体泄漏方向及泄漏量的变化情况。结果表明,气体泄漏量受密封面动环转速、气膜厚度、槽型的影响,通过合理降低转速,调整气膜厚度,选取槽型,可减少被密封气体泄漏量,使密封效果更好。The leakage characteristics of dry gas seal was studied through the numerical simulation based on the N - S equation,laminar model, and SMIPLEC method. The leakage orientation and leakage rate were investigated under various face clearances and rotating speeds. The numerical simulation results show that gas leakage rate is affected by speed of rotating seat, thickness of gas film, groove type. Through reasonable reducing speed, adjusting the thickness of gas film, selecting proper groove, the sealed gas leakage rate can be reduced, so that the better sealing effect can be obtained.
