摘 要:针对环面节流和喷嘴节流2种类型的静压止推空气轴承,运用CFD商用软件进行静特性仿真分析,得到气膜流场的压力和速度分布;分析轴承的几何参数和供气参数对喷嘴节流轴承静特性的影响。结果表明:喷嘴节流轴承的承载力和气膜刚度要优于环面节流轴承。对于喷嘴节流型轴承,随着气腔深度和气腔宽度及供气压力和供气孔直径的增加,轴承承载力和气膜刚度均增加,但是气腔深度和供气孔直径的影响相对较小。The static performances of inherent orifice and pocketed orifice thrust beatings was analyzed by simulation with the software of CFD, and the flow field of pressure and velocity distribution was obtained. The effects of parameters of bearing and supply pressure on static performances of pocketed orifice thrust bearings were analyzed. The results show that, compared with inherent orifice bearings, pocketed orifice beatings exhibit high load capacity and gas film stiffness. For pocketed orifice bearings,the load capacity and gas film stiffness are all increased by increasing the diameter and depth of the air chamber, and the supply pressure and supply orifice diameter,but the depth of the air chamber, the supply orifice diameter have a relatively little impact on the static performances.
