摘  要:介绍了用于现场快速测量热浸镀锌产品镀层厚度的磁性法,以及根据磁性法测得的镀层厚度值进行镀层质量评估的方法,探讨了影响镀层厚度精确测量的主要因素以及解决方法。在镀层质量评估中引入不确定度的概念,给出了镀层厚度值合格与否的评判公式,为用户快速有效地选择优质热浸镀锌产品提供参考。The magnetic method for fast on-site measurement of the thickness of hot-dip galvanized coating was introduced. The method for assessment of coating quality based on the thickness data obtained by magnetic measurement was described. The main factors affecting the accuracy of coating thickness and some countermeasures uncertainty was introduced in The formulas for determining measurement were discussed, were given. The concept of the coating quality assessment. whether the coating thickness is qualified or not were presented, providing some references for the users to choose high-quality hot-dip galvanized products quickly and efficiently.
