摘　　要：马建伟认为脾肾两虚为膜性肾病发病之根本,湿热毒邪、瘀阻肾络、风邪外袭为膜性肾病发生、发展的基本病理特点。在治疗中应以益肾健脾为本;清热利湿解毒当先;强调祛风除邪;活血化瘀贯穿治疗始终;谨守病机,守方治疗,随证辨治,中病即止。Professor MA Jianwei thinks that spleen and kidney deficiency is the root of membranous nephropathy. The damp- heat, kidney collateral stasis, wind attacks are the basic pathological features that lead to membranous nephropathy and develop- ment. Treatment should be oriented to invigorate kidney and strengthen spleen, and treatment of clearing heat and excreting damp- ness is the first step. Treatment of promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis should be throughout the treatment course. Trea- ting based on pathogenesis, keeping the basic prescription, changing the treatment based on changes in condition, stopping treat- ments when conditions improved, all these are proposed by professor MA Jiangwei.
