手部高压油漆注射伤术后的中药熏洗康复治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用中药熏洗方在手部高压油漆注射伤术后功能恢复中的临床疗效。方法:将手部高压油漆注射伤术后的30例病例随机分为治疗组15例和对照组15例。两组均于清创减压术后3周开始系统康复训练,治疗组同时加用中药熏洗治疗。测量手指活动改善情况,根据TAM评分以评定疗效。结果:30例均得到临床随访,随访时间1个月。治疗组手指功能恢复较好,优良率87%;对照组优良率47%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:手部高压油漆注射伤术后系统康复训练治疗配合中药熏洗可以明显改善手指功能,效果确切,疗效佳。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese herb fumigation and washing method in hand pressure paint - injection injury postoperative functional recovery. Methods：30 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （15 cases） and control group（ 15 cases）. Two groups started rehabilitation training 3 weeks after the debridement decompression, the treat- ment group combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy. Measurement of finger activitiesaccording to the TAM score was used to e,ialuate the curative effect. Results：30 patients were clinical followed - up for 1 month. The treatment group showed better functional recovery of fingers, the excellent and good rate was 87% ;in the control group, the excellent and good rale was 47%,in two groups, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The postoperative rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fiunigation can significantly improve the function of the fingers for high pressure injection injuries of hand with exact and better effect.
