自拟平脉定悸方合用康忻对中青年房颤患者复律后窦性心律维持的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平脉定悸方合用康忻对中青年房颤患者复律后窦性心律维持的临床疗效。方法:将81例房颤复律后的中青年患者随机分为康忻组(A组27例)、平脉定悸方合用康忻组(B组27例)、对照组(C组27例),观察用药后窦性心律的维持、左室射血分数及临床症状的改善情况。结果:窦律维持率比较:窦律转复后至3个月时,A、B、C三组窦性心律的维持率分别为100%、100%、92%,A组与B组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);A、B两组维持率高于C组,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。至6个月时,A、B、C三组窦性心律的维持率分别为92%、100%、80%,B组维持率高于A组,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);A、B两组维持率高于C组,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。至12个月时,A、B、C三组窦性心律的维持率分别为88%、96%、76%,B组维持率高于A组,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);A、B两组维持率高于C组,比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。左室射血分数比较:至12个月时,A、B、C三组患者心脏超声示左室射血分数(LVEF)比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。临床症状积分:B组与A、C组及入选时比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:平脉定悸方合用康忻对中青年房颤患者复律后窦性心律维持的临床疗效明显优于其他组疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical observation of self - made Pingmai Dingji Decoction combined with Concor and maintenance of sinus rhythm in middle- age patients ＇after restoring sinus rhythm. Methods ：81 patients of restoring sinus rhythm after AF were randomly divided into Concor group（ A group 27 cases） ,Pingmai Dingji Decoction combined with Concor group（ B group 27 cases） ,matched group（ C group 27 cases） ,to observe maintenance of sinus rhythm, LVEF and improvement of clinical symptoms. Results ：Sinus rhythm maintenance：the third month after restoring sinus rhythm, the maintenances of A, B and C groupswere 100% , 100% and 92%. The difference between A group and B group was not significant（P 〉 0.05） ;the maintenances of A and B groups were better than that of C group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The sixth month after restoring sinus rhythm, the maintenances of A, B and C groups were 92%, 100% and 80%. B group was better than A group, the differences be- tween A group and B group were significant（P 〈0. 05 ） ;the maintenances of A and B groups were better than that of C group, the differences were significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The twelfth month after restoring sinus rhythm, the maintenances of A, B and C groups were 88% ,96% and 76%. B group was better than A group, the differences between A group and B group were significant（P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the maintenances of A and B groups were better than that of C group, the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）. LVEF： The twelfth month after restoring sinus rhythm, the difference among A, B and C group was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Clinical symptoms integral ： the differences of selected time between B group and A and C groups were significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The sinus rhythm maintenance of Pingmai Dingji Decoction combined with Concor was better than the other groups.
