中药内服外用配合物理理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药内服外用配合物理理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床效果。方法:选择300例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,并随机分为给予中药内服外用配合物理理疗治疗的观察组和单纯物理理疗的对照组,观察治疗效果以及紧张、焦虑和疼痛等负面情绪情况。结果:观察组显效93例,有效41例,无效16例,总有效率89.33%,疗效明显好于对照组;HAMD评分(15.21±1.82)分、HAMA评分(14.33±1.62)分、VAS评分(1.96±0.23)分,均明显低于对照组。结论:中药内服配合物理治疗能够提高治疗有效率、缓解不良情绪,具有积极的治疗意义。Objective ： To study the effects of Chinese medicine combined with physical therapy for prolapse of lumbar interver- tebral disc. Methods：300 patients were collected and randomly divided into observation group which was given Chinese medicine combined with physical therapy and control group which was given simple physical therapy. Then curative effect and negative mood were observed. Results：The total efficiency（89.33% ） of observation group was obviously better than that of control group; HAMD score （ 15.21± 1.82）, HAMA score （ 14.33±1.62） and VAS score （ 1.96 ±0.23 ） were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with physical therapy has positive therapeutic significance for its improvement of treatment efficiency and negative emotions.
