灸药联用治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨灸药联用法治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例AS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片和美洛昔康片,治疗组行口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片并联用温肾化瘀悬灸法治疗,以3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后两组患者相关指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(83.33%)明显优于对照组总有效率(60.00%)(P<0.05),两组治疗后中医证候总积分、各主要症状积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和IgA均比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),而且治疗组治疗后中医证候总积分、各主要症状积分、CRP、ESR、IgA均较对照组治疗后明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:灸药联用法能有效控制AS病情和提高生活质量。Objective：To probe into the clinical efficiency about moxibustion combined with drug on treating Ankylosing Spon- dylitis （AS）. Methods：60 cases diagnosed as AS were colleced, they were grouped as the treating group and the control group both composed of 30 cases by using the stochastic law. Sulfasalazine enteric coated tablet（ECT） and Meloxicam tablet were orally ad-ministrated in the control group ; Sulfasalazine ECT and the hanged moxibustion of warming kidney - yang and removing blood sta- sis were used in the treating group. Three months were taken as one treatment course in each group, and the two groups were ob- served continuously for one treatment course. Then the clinical efficiency and the related indexes were compared after the treat- ment course. Results ：After one treatment course, the total effective rate（83.33% ） in the treating group was significantly hetter than that（60.00% ） in the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The total scores of TCM syndrome ,ever）, score of leading symptoms ,CRP, ESR and IgA in both groups after treatment were significantly declined （P 〈 0.05）. Moreover,the total scores of TCM syndrome, every score of leading symptoms, CRP, ESR and IgA in the treating group after treatment were significantly declined than those in the control group after treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The treating method of moxibustion combined with drug could effectively control disease activity and improve quality of life in AS patients.
