内外同治法治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察内外同治综合疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(中医证属热哮证)的临床疗效。方法:将120例支气管哮喘急性发作期(中医证属热哮证)患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用固本清肺贴膏穴位贴敷联合清肺平喘颗粒口服治疗,对照组采用布地奈德吸入剂和茶碱缓释片口服治疗,疗程均为10天。观察两组治疗前后ACT评分、中医证候积分等变化。结果:两组治疗后FEV1和ACT评分与同组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.01);两组治疗后组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后证候积分均明显下降,与同组治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:内外同治疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(中医证属热哮证)具有良好疗效。Objective ： To observe the effect of combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate - granules on treating asthma （ hot wheezing）. Methods ： 120 patients suffering from onset period of bronchial asthma were randomized to the control group and the treatment group. The control group were given Budesonide Inhaler and Theophylline Sustained Release Tab- lets. The treatment group were given combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate - granules, course of＇ treatment was both l0 days. The ACT scores and TCM syndrome scores and so on were observed. Results：After treatment, FEVI and ACT scores of the two groups were markedly increased, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; without statistical significance between the two groups ;TCM syndrome scores were notably decreased compared with pretherapy,with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate - granules can treat bronchial asthma in the acute clinical course, and improve lung function.
