摘  要:目的:考察不同提取溶剂酸度对玉红生肌凝胶及血竭中血竭素含量的影响,建立玉红生肌凝胶中血竭素含量的测定方法。方法:取血竭及玉红生肌凝胶,分别经3%、6%、9%、12%、15%磷酸甲醇超声提取,HPLC测定血竭素的含量。结果:随提取溶剂酸度的升高,血竭及玉红生肌凝胶中血竭素含量逐渐升高,12%磷酸甲醇提取时血竭素含量均已达到最高值,凝胶中血竭投药量接近真实投药量。结论:血竭及玉红生肌凝胶中血竭素含量测定时应以12%磷酸甲醇提取。Objective:To investigate the effect of different extraction solvent acidity on the content of dracorhodin in Draconis Sanguis and Yuhong Shengji gel, and establish the method for determination of dracorhodin in Yuhong Shengfi gel. Methods : Draco- nis Sanguis and Yuhong Shengji gel were respectively extracted by 3% ,6% ,9% , 12% , 15% phosphoric acid methanol to deter- mine the content of draeorhodin by HPLC. Results : With the increase of extraction solvent acidity, the content of dracorhodin in Draconis Sanguis and Yuhong Shengfi gel gradually increased, the content of dracorhodin had reached the maximum when extrac- ted by 12% phosphoric acid, the added dosage of Draconis Sanguis in gel was close to the true dosage. Conclusion:Draconis San- guis and Yuhong Shengji gel should be extracted with 12% phosphoric acid methanol when determining content of dracorhodin. Key words:
