摘　　要：目的:建立蒙药土茯苓七味汤散的薄层色谱鉴别及显微鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的土茯苓、诃子、栀子、黄连进行了鉴别;应用显微鉴别方法分别检出了处方中的土茯苓、金银花、诃子、栀子、黄连、瞿麦。结果:薄层色谱鉴别和显微鉴别中各味药的专属性较强,重现性好。结论:该方法简便快速,可作为该制剂的鉴别研究。Objective：To establish the identification of thin - layer - chromatography and microscopic methods of Mongolian medicine Tufuling Qiwei Tangsan. Methods ： The thin - layer - chromatography was used to identify Smilax glabra, Terminalia che- bula, gardenia, coptis chinensis and Corn cockle in prescription. Results ： Identification of thin - layer - chromatography and mi- croscopy was more exclusive and had good reproducibility. Conclusion：This method is simple, quick and can be used as identifica- tion of this preparation research.
