背俞穴拔罐对慢性荨麻疹血清总IgE的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨背俞穴拔罐对治疗脾虚湿蕴型慢性荨麻疹患者血清总IgE的影响及临床疗效。方法:将78例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组39例患者予以中药(多皮饮)口服联合背俞穴拔罐治疗,对照组39例患者予以中药(多皮饮)治疗,分别于治疗前后采用ELISA方法检测血清总IgE水平及观察皮损等治疗疗效。结果:(1)两组治疗4周后血清总IgE水平均有降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义,且治疗组疗效更优;(2)两组治疗前后皮损总积分均有改善,差异有统计学意义,且治疗组皮损总积分改善优于对照组。结论:背俞穴拔罐可调节机体免疫失衡,缓解慢性荨麻疹患者瘙痒程度、减少风团数目及大小、缩短发病持续时间,且可有效降低血清总IgE水平。Objective：To study the clinical effect on the treatment for chronic urticaria （Pixu Shisheng） and the effect on the blood serum immunoglobulin E with cupping method on the Beishu points. Methods ：78 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups. 39 in the treatment group were treated by Duopi Decoction and cupping method on the Beishu points,39 in the control group were treated by Duopi Decoction and external application of calamine lotion. The blood serum immunoglobulin E lev- el was tested with ELISA method before and after treatment respectively. Results ： （ 1 ） After four weeks, the serum total IgE levels of the two groups were lower,the difference had statistical significance, and the treatment group was better. （2）After the treat- ment ,the evaluation of the lesion total score both had improvement ,the difference had statistical significance;treatment group on total score improvement of lesion was better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The cupping method can moderate immunity balance and reduce itching extent wheal amounts and size as well as shorten the course,what＇s more,it can lower the blood serum immunoglobulin E level.
