摘　　要：目的　探讨术后经 T形管胆道造影异常影像的临床意义。方法　对过去 14年间的异常影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果　异常影像共计 112例 ,肝外胆管结石征像 46例 ,胆总管下端狭窄 18例 ,肝内胆管异常 38例 ,肝外胆管恶性狭窄 10例。结论　异常影像涉及病理、解剖、技术诸因素 ,外科医师熟悉影像学并结合临床表现可对异常影像作出更恰当的判断 ,为进一步治疗提供帮助。Objective To evaluate the abnormal imagine of postoperative T-tube retrograde cholangiography for clinical practive.Methods 14 Years abnormal T-tube cholangiogram was reviewed.Results There were 112 cases of abnormal imagine including extraheptic biliary calculi(46 cases),lower common bile duct stenosis (18 cases),intrahepatic biliary abnormal (38 cases),Malignant extra heaptic biliary stenosis (10 cases).Conclusion Abnormal imagine was due to pathological.Anatomy or technological factors and precise judgment could be got if a surgeon was familiar with radiology and clinical symptoms.It helps determination of future treatment
