针灸推拿治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛状态述评

摘　　要：临床上中风病又叫脑卒中,根据流行病调查,在我国发病率居世界第二,且年龄趋向于低龄化[1],发病快,病死率高,已成为危害人类健康的主要病种之一,发病后给患者带来不同程度的功能障碍,可以根据不同阶段进行分期,其中的偏瘫痉挛期严重影响患者的生活质量,已成为临床医疗上面临的一项主要难题。中医针灸推拿作为中医中特色疗法在中风康复治疗中发挥了显著优势,在偏瘫痉挛期缓解肢体痉挛状态改善预后的作用也非常明显。通过临床实践,文献研究,从针灸部位(头针、体针、夹脊针、督脉针、跷脉穴针刺等特殊针法等),推拿手法(扌衮法、点穴法、掌擦法、捏法、运动疗法、逆推足三阴经法等),综合疗法等方面对用以针灸推拿为主治疗中风后偏瘫肢体痉挛状态的优势进行简要的综述。According to the epidemiological investigation, the incidence of stroke in our country is the second in the world, and the onset age has a young trend. It has become one of the main diseases. According to different phases, the hemiplegia spasm stage which seriously impact the patients＇quality of life, has become a major clinical problem. The acupuncture and massage thera- py in traditional Chinese medicine has played a significant advantage in rehabilitation of hemiplegia spasm stage and improved prognosis obviously. Through the clinical practice, the literature research, from acupuncture and moxibustion parts （head nee- dling, body acupuncture ,Jiaji needling, Du meridian needling, etc. ）, massage （rolling, palm- btushing, knead and other manipu- lations）, this article reviewed the advantage of acupuncture and massage treatment of post- stroke hemiplegia.
