摘　　要：我院针对医院的患者就诊情况,采用当今最先进的云终端技术及其产品,开发了门诊分诊管理系统。通过几个月来的推广应用,解决了病人在看病过程中所遇到的各种排队、等候等问题,提高了服务效率,改善了服务质量,提升了医院良好的窗口服务形象,达到了预期效果。According to medical conditions of patients in hospital, we adopt the most advanced cloud terminal technology and its products to develop the outpatient triage management system. Through several months of popularization and application, this system solves problems of queuing, waiting and so on when seeing a doctor, increases service efficiency, improves service quality, advances window service image, and gets the expected effect.
