摘　　要：本文通过讨论医院大型设备检查漏费控制的模式,结合本院的实践提出了一种新型的"无创式"影像设备漏费控制系统和具体实现方法。"无创式"漏费控制系统与一般漏费控制系统相比,最大的区别在于不对检查设备增加任意硬件改动与控制设备,而是在最终的图像输出环节,采用旁路监控模式,根据医院信息系统(HIS)、图片存档及通讯系统(PACS)的收费记录和影像设备的使用记录达到控制漏费的目的。In this paper, by discussing the model of leakage cost control of large equipment check, to put forward a new teakage cost control system and a concrete realization method for ＂non-invasive＂ image equipment combining with experience in hospital. Compared with the general system, the big difference is that new leakage cost control system needs not adding any hardware changes and control equipment, but adopts bypass monitoring mode at the end of image output link. To achieve the purpose of controlling leakage cost based on the fee records of the hospital information system, picture archiving and communication system and use records of image department.
