摘  要:目的探讨连续性血浆吸附过程中血液灌流器更换方法,实现血浆吸附连续性治疗。方法在传统血液灌流器更换方法的基础上,充分利用单血泵的压力支持系统完成除现有血浆吸附循环外的另一个血浆循环。结果改进后的方法有效缩小血液灌流器更换时间,实现血浆吸附连续化治疗。讨论在灌流器被吸附饱和后单纯更换灌流器可以减少医疗成本,采用此方法不需要下机,1 min可完成,减少了人力、物力的消耗,为患者的抢救提供了有利的时间保障。Objective To explore the method of blood perfusion device replacement in continuous plasma adsorption, and realize continuous treatment of plasma adsorption. Methods Based on the replacement of traditional blood perfusion device, to fully utilize the single blood pump pressure support system to accomplish another plasma cycle except existing adsorption cycle. Results The improved method effectively reduces replacing time of blood perfusion, realizes the continuous treatment of plasma adsorption. Conclusion After being adsorbed and saturated, to simply change perfusion device can reduce medical cost, which does not need outage, and could complete in 1 min, reduce the consumption of manpower and material resources, provide favorable time security for patients rescue.
