摘 要:针对低压储层钻井保护油气层的要求,通过室内研究形成了油水比为7:3~3:7的水包油钻井液,密度在0.88—0.97g/cm3可调,抗温达180℃,具有良好的乳化稳定性和流变性,防塌能力强,在城深7井和城深9井的现场应用结果显示,研究的水包油钻井液性能稳定,具有良好的抗高温、抗CO2污染能力,有利于安全快速钻井和发现、保护油气层,能够满足深井近平衡、欠平衡钻井的要求。Aimed at the requirement of low pressure reservoir protection, the oil-in-water drilling fluid with the oil-water ratio of 7:3- 3:7 is formed through the laboratory study. The density of oil-in-water drilling fluid is 0.88-0.97 g/cm3 and the anti-temperature can reach 180 ℃. The oil-in-water drilling fluid has good emulsion stability and rheologiealproperty. It has successfully been applied in Wells Chengshen 7 and 9. The results show the oil-in-water drilling fluid studied in this paper has good anti-high temperature ability and anti CO2 capaeity, and the drilling fluid performance is stable, which is benefit to the safe and fast drilling, anti can protect the reservoir. The anti-temperature oil-in-water drilling fluid can meet the requirements of the nearly balaneed or underbalanced drilling of deep well.
