摘  要:蒸汽驱是稠油油藏经过蒸汽吞吐开采以后,进一步提高原油采收率的主要热采方式。在蒸汽驱过程中,通过注入蒸汽,将热量释放到油层中;在热能影响下,原油流动性增强,在一定注采压差下,不断流向周围生产井并被采出。蒸汽驱油藏热能利用率越高,汽驱开发效果就越好。文中分析了大量的蒸汽驱监测资料,结合汽驱过程的动态开发规律,对高干度蒸汽注入注汽井筒直至油藏释放热量这一过程进行了研究。利用相关热能计算公式,量化了蒸汽驱过程中热能的实际利用情况,同时针对不同油藏特征进行了深入的分析与评价,为指导汽驱跟踪调控、深化蒸汽驱开采机理认识提供了重要的参考依据。Steam flooding is a main thermal recovery stage for heavy oil reservoirs following steam huff and puff anti used for improving ultimate oil recovery. In the process of steam flooding, the major mechanism is that the steam can radiate its heat into oil layer and the fluidity of oil is improved under the influence of heat energy, and massive oil flows to producing wells and is extracted by the wells. The higher the heat energy efficiency is, the better the production effect of steam flooding will be. By analyzing lots of monitoring data and researching the dynamic development of steam flooding process, this paper studies the process of high dryness fraction of steam injected by injecting wells and releasing heat after flowing to oil reservoir. Using heat calculation method, the actual efficiency of heat energy in the process of steam flooding is quantized. The characteristies of different reservoirs are analyzed deeply, which can provide key basis for guiding steam flooding and deepening the recognition for the production mechanism of steam flooding.
