摘 要:针对水平井堵水技术对不同油藏适应性差的弊端,从提高堵调剂强度、降低溶液密度出发,在常规聚合物交联冻胶基础上研发了一种新型二次交联伴生气泡沫冻胶堵调体系,系统考察了交联剂质量浓度、酸催化剂和生气反应物质量浓度对冻胶强度和生气效果的影响。实验表明,堵调剂不同阶段的交联时间可控,不仅克服了常规堵水剂成胶前遇水被稀释或沿着大孔道漏失的不足,而且二次交联后的泡沫冻胶黏度比一次交联堵水剂提高了2.5倍,同时产生的气体被包裹在所形成的冻胶体内,增大了冻胶体积,提高了堵调剂的封堵效率。通过灰岩油藏水平井堵水矿场应用,取得了显著的增油降水效果,为水平井和类似油藏的层内堵水、提高单井产油量、减少产水量提供了新的技术手段。Aimed at the poor adaptability of water shut-off technology in horizontal wells, gelled foam is generated with a secondar cross-linked polymer solution for the enhanced gel strength containing a foaming agent under chemical reaction. This paper designed and investigated the effects of different amounts of cross-linking agents, acid catalyst and gas reactants on the gel strength and gas generation. The agents have good performance of controlled cross-linking strength and time. not only to overcome the conventional plugging agent diluted with water and leakage along the large channels, but also the strength of secondary cross-linked foam gel can increase by 2.5 times. Moreover by enfolded within the second cross-linking gel, the authigenic gas can increase the bulk and even improves the plugging efficiency. The successful field experiments of horizontal well in limestone oil reservoir show that the new kind of shut-off and profile control system can provide the effective technical way and steps for the water shut-off inside the layers of horizontal wells and the oil improvement and water reduction of single well.
