摘 要:为了准确测量二冷区内铸坯的液固相分数,精确预报铸坯的凝固终点,在理论解析、物理模拟和实验验证研究的基础上,提出了振动法检测连铸坯液固相分数和液芯末端位置的新方法,总结了激振力和受迫振动位移等信号的反馈规律,比较了振频和激振力对相位差的影响,并对检测方案总体思路的可行性进行了论证.研究结果为板坯凝固过程中液固相分数及凝固终点的在线检测提供了指导和参考.To accurately measure the liquid-solid fraction of casting slab in the secondary cooling zone and precisely predict the final solidifying end of casting slab, a novel method, which is called vibration method, is presented to detect the liquid-solid fraction and locate the liquid core end of continuous casting slab, based on theoretical analyses, physical simulation and experimental validation. The feedback patterns of exciting force signal and forced vibration displacement signal are concluded, the effects that vibration frequency and exciting force impact on the phase difference are compared. And the feasibility of detection scheme is proved. The research results provide guidance and reference for the on-line detection of liquid-solid fraction and final solidifying end of the slab.
