摘 要:为了研究准格尔煤田巨厚煤层采放比对顶煤采出率的影响规律,采用PFC2D数值分析程序对不同采放比和不同放煤步距顶煤的冒放性进行模拟研究,分析煤层厚度一定的情况下采放比与顶煤采出率的关系以及相同采放比条件下不同放煤步距对顶煤采出率的影响。研究结果表明,当采放比大于0.35时,顶煤能够获得足够的松散空间,并能顺利放出;针对开采技术条件,采放比为0.48、放煤步距1.6 m时,顶煤放出效果最好。In order to study the law of the mining and caving ratio affected to the top coal recovery rate of ultra tick seam in a mine of Zhungeer coalfield, a PFC2D numerical analysis program was applied to a simulation study on the top coal cavity of the different mining and caving ratio and the different top coal caving step distance.The paper analyzed the relationship between the mining and caving ratio and the top coal recovery rate under the certain thickness of the seam and analyzed the different top coal caving step distance affected to the top coal recovery rate under the same mining and caving condition.The study resuhs showed that when the mining and caving ratio was over 0. 35, the top coal would have sufficient loose space and could be successfully caved.According to the mining technical condition, when the mining and caving ratio was 0.48 and the top coal caving step distance was l. 6 m,the top coal caving effect would be the best.
