摘  要:目前市售渗透剂中缺少低泡品种,该文尝试对辛基/癸基聚氧乙烯醚(OEO)进行硅封端改性,在保持与改性前体OEO相似渗透性的前提下,进一步增强其低泡特性使其成为低泡渗透剂。该文用3种甲基氯硅烷类试剂对OEO改性合成了3种新型硅改性渗透剂,分别是辛基/癸基聚氧乙烯醚三甲基硅烷(OTS)、辛基/癸基聚氧乙烯醚二甲基硅醇(ODS)和辛基/癸基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硅二醇(OMS),并用FTIR和1HNMR表征,证实得到了预期的目标产物。然后,在市售渗透剂通常用量范围(质量分数0.1%~0.25%),考察它们的起泡体积和渗透时间随用量的变化率;还考察了比泡沫随时间的变化率,用以表征水解稳定性。结果表明,3种硅改性渗透剂中OMS和ODS基本保持了优良渗透性并显示了很好的水解稳定性,同时3种硅改性渗透剂的低泡性能均很好。Since there was a lack of low-foaming penetrating agents in the market, octyl/decyl polyethylene oxide (OEO) was modified in this paper by silicone-capping to improve its low-foaming property and maintain its excellent penetrating property in the meantime. Three novel penetrating agents, octyl/decyl polyethylene oxide trimethyl silicane (OTS), octyl/decyl polyethylene oxide dimethyl silieane(ODS) and octyl/decyl polyethylene oxide methyl silicane(OMS) ,were synthesized from OEO and three kinds of methyl chlorosilane reagents and confirmed by FTIR and l HNMR. Both foaming volume and penetrating time against concentrations of penetrating agents were investigated in the concentration ranges used by commercial penetrating agents(0. 1% -0. 25% ). Hydrolytic stability of these penetrating agents was expressed by means of the variation of foaming ratio against time. The experimental results show that two of the three novel penetrating agents maintained excellent penetrating property and hydrolytic stability, and all of them displayed much better low-foaming properties than OEO.
