摘 要:采用Pechmann法,以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,在酸催化剂下发生脱水缩合反应合成了7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素荧光增白剂。再以三聚氯氰为交联分子,将受阻胺型光稳定剂2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶胺与香豆素型荧光增白剂引入同一分子中,再引入牛磺酸,合成了一种新型的高得率浆返黄抑制剂。采用红外光谱对返黄抑制剂的结构进行表征,并用紫外光谱、荧光光谱探讨了其返黄抑制机理,通过紫外光加速老化实验考察了返黄抑制剂的应用效果。结果表明,合成的返黄抑制剂的返黄抑制效果优于7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素和2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶胺。Employing the Pechmann method,7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin fluorescent whitening agent was synthesized from resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate through dehydration condensation reaction catalyzed by acid. Then, the hindered amine light stabilizer 4-amion-2,2,6,6-tetramentylniperidine, eoumarin type fluorescent brighteners and taurine were put into the same molecule, with cyanuric chloride as crosslinking molecule, a new kind of yellowing inhibitor was synthesized. Infrared spectrum was used to characterize the structure of the yellowing inhibitor, and then ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum were employed to discuss its yellowing inhibition mechanism. The application effect of the yellowing inhibitor was investigated through the UV accelerated aging test. The results show that the yellowing inhibition effect of the new kind of yellowing inhibitor was better than that of the 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin and 4-amion-2,2,6,6-tetramentvlnioeridine.
