摘 要:以碳酸二乙酯和乙二胺为原料,气固相催化合成N-乙基乙二胺。考察了不同催化剂(丝光沸石、β沸石、Y分子筛)、碱金属(Li、Na、K)离子改性的催化剂和反应条件对该烷基化反应的影响。结果表明,在实验所用的催化剂中,Y分子筛具有最高的催化活性;Y分子筛用不同阳离子改性后对反应有显著影响,其中,NaY分子筛催化效果最好;在反应温度为240℃,n(乙二胺)/n(碳酸二乙酯)=2,质量空速为15.8 h-1,氮气流速为120 mL/min的反应条件下,N-乙基乙二胺的产率可达93.1%。N-Ethylethylenediamine was synthetized innovatively by using diethyl carbonate, which was a green industrial chemical, and ethylenediamine as raw materials. The effects of many factors were investigated for the reaction of N-alkylation, which included different catalysts (β zeolites, mordenites and Y zeolites) ,Y zeolites modified by alkaline metals( Li ,Na,K) and reaction conditions. The results show that Y zeolites have the best catalytic activity. It is proved that NaY zeolites have the best catalytic effect. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 240 ℃, n ( ethylene diamine)/n ( diethyl carbonate ) =2,weight hourly space velocity 15.8 h^-1 and flowing rate of nitrogen 120 mL/min,the yield of N-ethylethylenediamine can reach 93.1%.
