摘　　要：针对现有挣值管理法在实际项目管理应用中的不足,提出一种改进的基于模糊理论的挣值管理法。方法使用模糊语言度量值表征活动进展程度,并给出与模糊语言度量值对应的三角模糊数,计算项目的模糊挣值;以此为基础推导出相应的模糊挣值指标体系,并分析模糊指标的内涵。最后,通过案例演示了该方法的应用过程,证实了该方法的有效性和实用性。This paper proposed an improved earned value management method based on fuzzy theory against the defect of application of earned value management in practical project. The paper estimated activity progress using fuzzy linguistic value and gives them corresponding triangular fuzzy numbers. Then the project earned value was cal- culated. Based on it, the fuzzy earned value index system was made and its meaning was translated. Finally, the ap- plication process of the proposed method was illustrated with a case. This proves that the method is effective and prac- tical.
