摘　　要：烧伤医疗学术矛盾现象出现于中国 ,有其深刻的社会文化原因。在社会精神文化方面 ,有中西医哲学思路差异、中西医学术派别、民族文化传统劣根性、残余殖民文化等因素的影响。在社会物质文化方面 ,主要是既得的地位和利益等因素的影响。在社会制度文化方面 ,主要是转型期新旧管理体制、权威障碍、地方保护主义等因素的影响。The influence of the deep social culture brought about the appearence of the cotradict phenomenon on burns in China. Between Chinese and western medicine, there exist the influence of philosophical thinking, of the groups, of the deep rooted bad habits of national culture, of the spiritual culture. In material culture, the main influence is that of the status and the vested interest. While in the culture of the social system, there are the influence of the obstacle of authority and the local protectionism when the old and new managerial system changes.\;
