摘　　要：为模拟出喷杆喷雾机田间运动以支持喷杆平衡控制研究,结合喷杆主要运动和国外喷杆试验装置的经验,设计了一种三自由度模拟喷杆运动试验装置。通过两个伺服液压缸驱动实现喷杆摆动、跳动和转动,并使用Modelica多领域建模语言进行系统的建模和仿真。仿真结果表明:该试验装置能较准确地实现预期运动,Modeli-ca多领域建模语言在农业机械领域得到成功使用。In order to simulate the sprayer boom＇ s movement in field and support to the research of theboom balance control, a three degree test device to simulate the sprayer boom＇ s movement was designed in this paper, Analysing. the main movement of the boom and referencing to foreign experience in spayer boom test device. Yawing, jolting and rolling of the sprayer boom was achieved by two servo-hydraulie cylinder. And the multi-domain modeling language Modelica was used for system modeling and simulation. The results showed that： The test device can more accurately to achieve the desired movement, the multi-domain modeling language Modeliea can be successfully used the in the agricultural ma- chinery field.
