摘 要:针对香蕉园研制出一种新型运蕉车架。通过对香蕉果穗外形参数的测定,设计出香蕉果穗直立摆放的L型框架式结构,减小了整车宽度,增强了通过性。该结构利用圆筒和凹形槽约束香蕉果穗在运送过程中的摆动,避免果品机械碰伤。果柄力学试验表明,直立摆放时果柄的最小承压能力为0.59MPa,足以承载运送过程中因路面激励引起的冲击载荷。该运蕉车架适用于中小型果园的运送作业。Based on the fact of banana transportation in small and medium-sized plantation in china, a trailer frame was designed. Through determination bunch of banana, L-style frame was designed in which bunches were laid vertically, then the width of chassis would reduce and passing ability was increased. Bunches of banana were fixed by U groove that reducing fruit mechanical damage. The pedicel mechanics test shows that the compression resistance is more than 0.59 MPa and can be bore road excitation. So that this trailer chassis fit for the narrow row spacing plantation particularly.
