摘　　要：论述了IC卡在农业灌溉工程中的应用,包括IC卡的写入、IC卡的读出执行及工程控制部分;阐述了IC卡与磁卡和井控IC卡相比较所具有的优势及适用灌溉方式,与无线远程控制相比较所具有的管理和使用灵活的特点;从安全性与实用性等方面论述了IC卡在农业用水分户计量应用中的可操作性,为农业用水实施有计划、有秩序和总量控制提供技术支持。This paper discusses the application of IC card in the agricultural irrigation project, which includes write sec- tion, read section and engineering control section of IC card. Elaborated the advantages and irrigation methods of IC card compared with magnetic card and well control IC card, as well as the characteristics which are flexible for use and manage compared with wireless remote control. Discussed the feasibility of the application from the aspects of security and practicability, and provided technical support for implementation of a planned, orderly, and total control in agricul- ture water.
