泰国华人工商业社团的发展轨迹与治理创新

摘　　要：泰国华人工商业社团是促进中泰民族融合、共同繁荣的一支重要社会力量。本文从历史演变探究泰国华人工商业社团的生成、发展、繁荣以及所发挥的功能作用,分析新时期泰华工商业社团在经济社会发展中存在的不适应因素,建议率先从治理创新切入,致力于完善社团组织的治理结构、优化社团组织的人员结构、提升社团组织的服务能力,实现持续健康发展。Thai Chinese business associations have become the important social force to promote Chinese and Thai national integration and common prosperity. Based on historical evolution, the article explores the generation, de- velopment, prosperity and the roles of Thai Chinese business associations, and analyzes the shortcomings under the new period and the new situation. Finally, the article proposes to increase governance innovation firstly, and be committed to improve the governance structure, optimize the personnel structure, and improve the service capabili- ty, to achieve the sustained and healthy development of the associations.
