区域经济一体化进程中的中国与东盟文化合作:发展、特点及前瞻

摘　　要：在区域经济一体化深度推进的同时,中国与东盟的国际文化合作也快速拓展。从国际文化交流、文化贸易及文化产业国际合作等三个层面与双边和多边两方面来分析,可将其发展历程分为1991—2000年的奠基与2001年以来的制度化合作两个时期。笔者通过研究发现,尽管双方文化合作呈加快势头,但主要文化产品贸易份额仍偏低,整体上处于初级阶段;在动因及效果方面呈现政府主导、经济推动、网状关联、空间集中等特点。鉴于人文合作对自由贸易区建设等经贸合作具有促进作用,同时区域经济一体化亦需要国际文化合作,国际合作进程中文化与经济呈一体化趋势,故中国—东盟区域文化合作应进一步增强。With the deepening of regional economic integration, China-ASEAN cultural cooperation has been promo- ted fast. Through detail analyzing from 3 levels, i. e. , international cultural communication, cultural trade and cul- tural industry cooperation, and 2 aspects, i. e. , bilateral and multilateral collaboration, the international cultural co- operation between China and ASEAN countries can be divided into the period of foundation （1991--2000） and the period of institutional cooperation （2001--2010）. The paper finds that although the cultural cooperation is speeding up, the major cultural products still account for a little share of the regional trade. There is no denying that the whole regional cultural cooperation is at primary stage. This paper also concludes 4 main development characteristics on the cause-effect of China-ASEAN cultural cooperation： government leading, economy promoting, net correlation and spa- tial concentration. The cultural cooperation helps economic and trade cooperation, such as the progress of China- ASEAN Free Trade Area （CAF]＇A）. In turn, regional economic integration can＇t be improved without the cooperation in culture. Since international culture and economy appear merging together more and more deeply as regional inte- gration advancing, we can look forward to the enhance of China-ASEAN cultural cooperation in the future.
