摘　　要：目的对五层龙属植物的化学成分及其药理活性研究概况做一综述,为该属植物的后续开发应用提供参考。方法系统查阅近30年国内外有关本属植物的研究报道,对化学成分及药理活性研究进行整理总结。结果五层龙属植物化学成分以三萜类为主,还含有木脂素、黄酮、酚酸、鞣质、糖等多种成分。该属植物具有降血糖、保肝、抗氧化、降脂减肥、抗菌等多种药理活性。结论五层龙属植物因富含丰富的活性成分,生物活性多样,具有广阔的应用和开发前景。Objective To review the progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological studies of Sa lacia genus, and provide the reference for the further research and development of this genus. Methods Based on thirty years＂ domestic and abroad literatures of Salacia genus, the chemical characters and pharma cological effects were summarized. Results Triterpenes were rich in this genus, beside that, lignans, fla vonoids, phenol acids, tannins, saccharides, were also found. The pharmaceutical actions included antidiabe tes, antioxidant, reducing fat and losing weight, and antibacterial activities. Conclusions Salacia genus has a broad prospect on the developing with a great value.
