摘 要:芳纶复合纸经热压后才能提高力学性能、电绝缘性和耐热性,在高温高压作用下沉析纤维软化并将芳纶短切纤维粘结在一起,起到粘结剂的作用。本文通过SEM观察及红外表征的方法,分析了短切纤维的形态变化及复合纸的结构变化,阐述了短切纤维与沉析纤维之间的相互作用,研究了短切纤维与沉析纤维间的粘结性能,认为氢键对纤维和沉析纤维间的粘结起主要作用。Mechanical, dielectric and heat-resistant properties of aramid sheets can be improved by a hot calendaring proces. The fibrids act as a binder for the aramid fibres by softening and bonding the fibres when the formed sheets are subjected to high pressure and temperature. The change of shape of fibres and change of structure of composite paper were analyzed by the SEM observation and FIR, the interaction between fibres and fibrids was stated, the adhesion between the fibres and fibrids was researched. Hydrogen bonding was confirmed to be mainly responsible for the adhesion.
