摘 要:为探讨中老年血脂异常人群的适宜健身锻炼强度,促进血脂异常人群心肺功能的改善和提高,预防和减少心血管系统疾病的发生。以50~70岁的患有血脂异常的中老年人为研究对象,随机分为锻炼组和对照组,以走跑运动作为主要方式,以不同持续时间、不同强度(60%~70%F.C.,50%~60%F.C.)组合成不同的健身锻炼方案,观察了不同的健身锻炼方案实施2个月后心肺功能的变化。研究发现,不同强度的走跑锻炼对中老年血脂异常人群的心血管功能的影响不同,60%~70%F.C.强度的走跑锻炼有利于提高血脂异常人群的心脏功能;50%~60%F.C.强度的走跑锻炼能够降低血脂异常人群的安静心率、定量负荷后心率和收缩压,有利于血脂异常人群心脏功能的保持。60%~70%F.C.和50%~60%F.C.强度的走跑锻炼都可以增加血脂异常人群的肺活量。This paper probes into suitable exercise intensity for the improvement on cardiorespi- ratory function of people with dyslipidemia. The middle-aged (50~70 years old) people with dyslipidemia was divided into exercise group and control group randomly. The exercise group use walking-running exercise as main exercise methods. Different duration and different intensity (60%~70 % F. C. , 50 % ~60 % F. C. ) constitute different exercise projects. The improvement of cardiorespiratory function after two months' exercise was observed. It concludes that various intensity walking-running exercises have different effect on the cardiorespiratory function of middle-aged people with dyslipidemia. The walking-running exercise of 60 % ~70 % F. C. intensity can help the people with dyslipidemia to increase cardiac functional capacity. The walking-running exercise of 50%~ 60% F. C. intensity can keep the cardiac functional capacity and decrease the systolic blood pressure, resting heart rate and heart rate after paced work. Both of the intensities can increase vital capacity.
