摘　　要：WINCC组态软件通常用于开发控制系统的监控和人机界面。在很多情况下,为了实现某些特殊的监控,需要WINCC与其他应用程序进行数据交换。针对某污水处理厂的实际情况,对已有的WINCC监控系统进行改造,通过Zigbee无线网络,采用串口采集软件、SQLserver2000数据库、WINCC监控组态软件和VBS脚本等相关应用程序进行数据交换,实现了在WINCC中对来自新增数据采集仪的数据的连接和监控。实际运行表明该方法具有数据接入简单、系统运行稳定可靠、系统构建成本低的优点。WINCC configuration software is often used to develop control system monitoring and human - machine interface. In many cases, in order to achieve some special monitoring, The data exchange between WINCC and other application program is needed. Ac cording to the actual situation of sewage treatment plant, the existing WINCC monitoring system reforms through the Zigbee wireless net work, using related applications for data exchange, such as a serial port acquisition software, SQLserver2000 database, WINCC monito ring configuration software and VBS script, to achieve the connection and monitoring of the data from the new data collection instrument in WINCC . The practical results show that the design approach makes data access simple, ensures system operation stable and relia ble, and allows transformation of low-cost renovation.
