摘　　要：为了开发定向刨花板生产线,北方重工跟踪国外先进技术新开发了OSB铺装机组,该设备工艺水平先进,结构比较复杂,可以生产节能环保的定向刨花板,适应了国内市场的新情况。详细介绍了北方重工新开发的年产五万立方米OSB铺装机组的规格与性能、主要技术参数、设备的外形图、设备的工作原理、设备的机械结构等,供业内同志参考。In order to develop OSB particle board production line, by studying new technologies of world famous company, NHI devel oped OSB forming machine. This equipment is of advanced technology, the structure is very complicated, and can produce very environ mental friendly OSB board, which suits the new situation of domestic market. This paper particular introduced the size and perform ance, main technical parameter, profile of equipment, working principle, mechanical structure of OSB forming machine with capacity of 50, 000 m3/year, for reference of engineers.
