摘　　要：On the morning of February 21, Mr. Steele accepted the exclusive interview from China Stan ＇dardization. During the visiting, Mr. Steele firstly expressed his gn＇atitude for being invited to the China National Standardization Working Congtress. He pointed out that the Congress has a slrategic sigllificance to the development of Chinese standardization and it＇s worthy for other cotuntries to learm.
