摘　　要：JB/T4730实施以前,不锈钢堆焊层检测没有统一标准,检测人员有各自的理解。检验所在检测实践中,结合JB/T4730和TSG R7001,对堆焊层在使用中的可能损伤有了较深刻的理解,确定了堆焊层的容许缺陷合理安全标准和缺陷的处理方法,掌握了在用热壁加氢反应器不锈钢堆焊层安全可靠、经济合理的检测方法。Prior to implementing JB/T4730, there were no uniform accepted standard for SS （Stainless Steel） bead weld inspection and detection. Testers possess their own different perspectives in this field. In practice, through criteria of JB/T4730 and TSGR7001, assay office deeply understand the possible damage inside bead weld in service, determine tolerance of defect, also reasonable and safe handling measurements, and master more reliable and economical method for SS bead weld detection of hydrogenation reactor in service.
