摘　　要：本文通过介绍一台超超临界锅炉高温集箱焊接接头中裂纹缺陷的形貌及超声检测时声波回波特征,提出在用承压设备超声检测时对超标缺陷进行缺陷类型和性质判定时,应充分考虑缺陷的形貌特征,对ASME SA-335P92材质焊接接头检测时还应考虑回波幅度低于定量线时的裂纹可能性。This paper introduces the acoustic echo characteristic and defect morphology in a supercritical boiler header welded joint, proposed when judging the defect types and properties in ultrasonic testing, testers should fully considerate the defect morphology, also the possibility of quantitative crack should be considerate when the echo amplitude below the quantitative line in testing the material under ASME SA-335P92.
